Last October 21, a fan meeting with Kim Hyun Joong was held in South Korea for the final episode of Playful Kiss!

The last bit of the fan meeting was his message to his fans.

there were some noise here and there… but
because you, my fans, were there supporting me,
I did not despair,
but was able to finish everything well ~~~ ^^
Ummm… so many rumours, unproven baseless news reports..
even then… not listening to or watching at any of those,
but only looking at me, with such patience,
you waited for today.
To you…
I’d first like to say thank you.
I am like this..
I do not wish to give you
an unreasonable but just wishful waiting..
So.. when things got more settled
then
I wanted to tell you about details.
I am sorry about letting you know
my tidied thoughts this late.
The thoughts were this…
be optimistic, be round and round..
While shooting the drama
I knew that you worried about
the rating,
but I think I have overcome a very important crisis
with “Mischievous Kiss”…
while living as Baek Seung Jo, not as me…
Though I am not such a genius one,
but just like Baek Seung Jo had inner struggles
without talking about them with others,
I, too, was trying to solve difficulties
myself….
while struggling like that myself,
I saw this line
“have fun myself, give happiness to others”
thanks to this line
I’ve had a deep thoughts.
So I, Kim Hyun Joong, too
want to try to live having more fun..
If I meet difficulty and hard time,
I can communicate with, and talk to my fans…
I am not that such a mysterious guy, right? ㅋ
I realized that
I myself was also obsessed about the results
so I corrected it…
In the past
I was perhaps like… pretending to live a fun life.
From now on, I want to try my best
admit the result as result
and will not live in denial.
I want to live like that.

At the last episode of “Mischievous Kiss”

I'll definitely miss Playful Kiss!
For the past 3 months, I was an avid fan because I've downloaded all the episodes plus the softsubs so that I could rewatch the drama. (if I have free time)
I go to soompi just to see pictures and read spoilers of the drama.
But in a happy note, Playful Kiss would have 9 web episodes via Youtube and it would be on November 2!!!

As for now, feeling the withdrawal symptoms of Playful Kiss and looking forward for Kim Hyun Joong's comeback as a singer and hopefully more dramas for him too. :)

Mr. Oh: "But she is a strong, independent and isn't afraid to do the right thing. There's something cute about her."

SeungJo: "I know that very well."

Mr. Oh: "For me... since my daughter likes you so much,,,"

Mrs. Baek: "AAAHHHH! HaNi yah! This is so great! Hey Baek SeungJo! Why are you so handsome?!?!" [Hahaha! Mrs Baek is hilarious! I don't know who is more excited or getting married... her or Oh HaNi!!! Love this woman!]

EunJo: "I knew this would happen..."

SeungJo: "You weren't sleeping?"

HaNi: "Yeah..."

SeungJo: "It stopped raining..."

HaNi: "Yes. Since it stopped raining the sky has become more clear."

SeungJo: "It seems like it. Aren't you cold? I'm going bed. What's wrong?"

HaNi: "Just because... I thought about after you go into your room and come out tomorrow morning you might change back to the old cold Baek SeungJo."

SeungJo: "Do you want to sleep with together tonight?"

HaNi: "I mean... uh... it's not that..."

SeungJo: "Let's be patient for now..."

HaNi: "I never imagined that you would like me."

SeungJo: "Me too..."

HaNi: "I like you... I rreeealllllyyyy like ssssooo much!"

Who said those two weren't teens... I mean young semi mature adult's with raging hormones. Baek SeungJo hold your horses man! LOL!

Playful Kiss

my first ever long post in soompi...

I just watched episode 14 with english subs..
I had mixed emotions;

I consider the first 10 minutes as the best scene ever in this drama, since SeungJo came into his senses. Though not saying "I love you" directly to HaNi, he asked their parents permission to marry her knowing all the things HaNi can't really do. (opposites do attract)
I was smiling while watching them in the balcony, especially when HaNi said she can't imagine that SeungJo really likes her and in response SeungJo said "me too". BACK-FRONT HUG

When HaeRa and SeungJo was talking, I can see that HR really is nice. She already did notice SeungJo attitude towards HaNi in the first place; how he reacts when HaNi is around. Almost at the end of the episode, I think in someways, she already moved on and was happy to help in the company of SeungJo's dad.

JoonGu, I feel sad for him. I love his character the most when he told SeungJo to take care of HaNi, not make her cry. If SJ would make her cry, he would make bloody tears come from SJ's eyes. Indeed, he really cares for HaNi though it hurts for him to see them together. He also said to himself that SJ does motivate him to become a great person. Hopefully, he would find someone in the end.

HaNi being away from SeungJo for a couple of days made her realize her dreams. SJ is really smart to let HN find her on way in life. Love the HUG SCENE! She said "The truth is, I missed you so much I thought I would die."

Last scene, the mom is just amazing! Wedding on Wednesday, the same as the episode airing day.

Now, I wonder what BSJ's diary for episode 13 & 14!
As well as their WEDDING VOWS on their wedding day!!!

I'm having a 2-week spring break.. not that fun though;
just did.. my graduation transitions.. movie mania and luckily accepted to SFU! :D

• Third period: 2-2 because USA goaled at 24 seconds left for Canada to have gold!
• Overtime: Crosby goaled!!! making it 3-2... and GOLD for Canada!

VANCOUVER 2010 experience.

This is my second blog post.

Vancouver hosted the 21st Winter Olympics games.

Every Sunday of February, my family and I go to Vancouver to have the feel of an "Olympic experience". Skytrains were crowded, people celebrate all over the city and you could see people from every race. We also ate from various fast foods like Fatburger and Subway. I'm blimp on weekends. :))

It is my first time to see various sports/games from snowboard, skiing, figure skating, luge, skeleton, curling, bobsleigh, short/long track speed skate and my favorite HOCKEY!

People in Canada say that Hockey is Canada's game. It is so exciting to see how the men's hockey team would buy for a gold in this Olympics. First, they played with Norway winning in 8-0 score. Second, with Switzerland with a 2-2 score and had to have an overtime and shootout, ended up winning the game by Crosby's goal! Third, with the famous USA team and if they won the game - they would go straight to the quarterfinals but sadly they didn't. As a result, they had to play with Germany for elimination and luckily they won today by 8-2 score! To be in the quarterfinals they have to win a game against Russia tomorrow! Hope they win! For a chance to own the podium in Vancouver's Winter Olympics 2010. :)

AUTUMN'S CONCERTO / NEXT STOP, HAPPINESS / 下一站幸福

I'm currently addicted to this drama.

It is a romantic drama, about Guangxi and Mucheng on how their love for each other is proven through their challenges in life.

Guangxi, was a man who never trusted women because of his mom's actions since he was young. Then, he met Mucheng who changes his outlook toward women. They fell in love but due to Guangxi's brain tumor and the surgery that could save him, Mucheng had to leave him to save his life.

Six years have past. Both of them had separate lives. Guangxi recovered from his surgery and became a well-known lawyer. Mucheng lived in Hua Tian Village and had a son named Xiaole. He was 5 years old, no father and had Type 1 Diabetes. Once again, Guangxi and Mucheng met but Guangxi didn't remember her at all. Xiaole thought of Guangxi as his "Alien Daddy" and they made a instant connection with each other.

Later on, Guangxi remembered what had happened six years ago and realizes that Xiaole is indeed his son. He seeks revenge against Mucheng for not telling him the truth. He asked her to marry him so that Xiaole who had a family figure but insisted that he doesn't love her.In front of their son, they would act as a sweet couple but when alone with each other, tension builds up around them.

Their story still continues...

The drama is not yet done. Totally worth watching. :)
